Schneider said in support of Kyoto when it was initiated in 2005, "You're going to need two generations of cooperative get ourselves off the fat carbon diet we're on."[1] The Kyoto Protocol, Schneider indicated, provided a good kick-start to this cooperative effort in fighting global warming.
