Debate: Sentencing juveniles to life without parole
From Debatepedia
[Edit] Background and contextSome minors/juveniles under 18 have been sentenced to life without parole for particularly severe crimes, such as murder. But, the practice has been very rare, and is frowned upon by those that believe juveniles should be offered a greater level of forgiveness than adults that are considered more capable of understanding the consequences of their actions. |
