I would like to mention that only when justice is provided instantaneously the crime rates will reduce if it takes years for a judgement

people will hesitate to fight for justice...

There are so many cases piled up in the courts since our independence, when are these judgements likely to be given???
In this century everything is fast moving but why justice alone is delayed...
For many cases the judgement given after years are also perfect... so why there is a delay for providing justice..
i would like to conclude by saying when justice is delayed it is obivously denied....
