Rubenstein Senior Fellow for Energy and the Environment at the Council on Foreign Relations, wrote in a December 11th, 2009 New York Times article: "if the world can’t get emissions under control, the cost of adapting to climate change will surely dwarf the $10 billion that’s now on the table."[1]
